Marigold provides thoughtful property care for seasonal stays, second homes, or helping family from afar. We offer a trusted local presence for those who need a capable set of eyes on their property. Please note: Marigold is a neighborhood service provider, not a full-scale property management company.
What Property Care can include
Routine Home Visits
Visual home checks of doors, windows, and obvious signs of trouble. We provide interior and exterior observations with photos and visit reports, plus mail and package collection.
Seasonal Care
Opening and closing preparations, managing outdoor furniture, and seasonal household tasks. Includes storm-related visual checks and winter/spring prep.
Arrival & Departure
Pre-arrival preparation and a basic reset after departure. We handle linens and comforters, bring in packages, and ensure the home is secured afterward.
Small Household Tasks
Assistance with light bulbs, filters, batteries, simple hardware, and other small practical tasks within our capabilities.
A note on coordination: If something bigger needs attention, Marigold will help connect you with the right professional and can coordinate access when agreed upon.
What we don't do
Marigold is not a property management or emergency service. We do not provide major repairs, licensed trade work, emergency response, tenant management, or ongoing maintenance. Our job is to notice, care, communicate, and help coordinate.
